Russian shoegaze mavericks Pinkshinyultrablast have always made an effort to keep their take on a well-recognised and often over-done genre interesting. Having teetered on the edge of Math-rock with their previous two albums, Pinkshinyultrablast have set their sights on the eighties for inspiration on their brand new single 'In The Hanging Gardens'. This synth-led corker, is the result of a shift in the band's writing process after singer Luboyv’s recent relocation to LA. You can almost feel the sunshine shining through as Luboyv's ever-stunning vocals glide effortlessly over glistening synths and Pinkshinyultrablast's signature reverb-drenched guitar sound.
